Important note: The Skype plugin is a way for users to embed a badge into their page which announces their online presence in the Skype service.  Clicking this badge, will cause the user's Skype client to launch and connect.  The user must have Skype installed for this functionality to work.  The plugin does not replace the need for Skype software to be installed, it just gives a convenient way for Skype users to connect. 

1. Click the Edit tab to enter edit mode of the page.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Insert button in the editor toolbar and choose the "Skype" plugin from the "More Plugins --> Interactive Media" category.
   
   
   
   
3. Put in the Skype handle you want this badge to connect to.  You can also check the box to make your presence known when the badge is displayed.   Please note, that the Skype name is the name you use to log in to the Skype service.  This field will not recognize or accept any other information other than a valid Skype login name.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Next button, and then click Insert Plugin.
   
   
   

    

5. Save the page.
