Go into edit mode on your workspace by clicking the "Edit" tab.
Click the "Insert" button, and choose the "# of visitors plugin from the "More Plugins -> Page Information" category.
This is a simple web counter, so there are no options available. Click "Insert Plugin" to insert the plugin into the page.
