Security

All users of the free and educational versions of PBworks always have control over their own account and password, and depending on their membership in the workspace, control over the content. Creators of a workspace are always given ultimate control (Administrative access) over the content and the invited users.

My PBworks Level
|
All users that log in with a PBworks account with their email address can access their account here:
https://my.pbworks.com
When you log in to this site with your email address and password, you'll have complete control over your own account.

Workspace Level
|
Users on a workspace are granted permission in the Workspace's users list, via the settings.
|
|
Folder Level
|
Even if a user has access to a workspace, the workspace administrators can limit the access they have to specific content in the workspace. Folder Level security is only available for Educational workspaces upgraded to the premium Classroom or Campus Edition.

Page and File Level
|
Finally, pages in workspaces can have security set on them individually. Again, this feature is only available for Educational workspaces upgraded to the premium Classroom or Campus Edition.
